Sunday, March 30 | 12:30 – 4:00pm ET
A 3-hour, interactive workshop that’ll set you up for a great show, and your best year ever!
The strength of business relationships is often the difference between a YES and a NO…and between growing an account vs. seeing it shrink (or disappear). Building relationships is time consuming and nuanced. And, most importantly, it takes a strategy and careful execution. This workshop is all about results – and the leader will blend proven techniques, group discussion, academic research, and small-term exercises to enhance your skills including preparation, listening, and follow-up to close more deals and drive more revenue. You will leave this session with an understanding and mastery of:
- 1. 3 myths to cultivating new relationships
- 2. 5 key elements to establishing and fortifying key relationships
- 3. 2 ways to distinguish yourself and your products from your competition
- 4. A simple Action Plan that you can put to work at the show — and in the following weeks and month
$295 per person, lunch provided
