This Policy describes The Multisoft Group's (TMG) collection and disclosure
of personal information. It governs the behavior of all our employees when dealing
with personal information. We are committed to safeguarding the online privacy of
our users and do not intend to rent or sell your information to any third party.
We do not collect personal information unless you provide it to us willingly and
knowingly.
Data Collection
When you enter information through a TMG website, we collect your data (Personal
and Confidential Information) in order to provide services and/or products to its
customers and communicate with its customers. In the course of serving its customers,
The Multisoft Group acquires, stores and transmits customer communications and information
that customers may regard as private or sensitive. Some of this information - such
as the customer's name, address, telephone number, and credit card data - is provided
to TMG by its customers in order to establish service. Information is also collected
to identify customer needs and preferences; meet legal regulatory requirements and
administer and manage its business operations. On occasion, we will send email or
mail communications to provide you with information on about your conference and/or
trade show.

The Multisoft Group will not disclose any of your data (personal information or
optional personal information) to a third party without your consent, unless we
believe, in good faith, that the law requires it or that the rights or property
of TMG need to be protected. TMG has taken measures to ensure that information is
accessible only to the user who has initially entered the information and to our
authorized partners or us. These partners have agreed to abide by TMGs privacy policy
and by the data protection laws North America.

The Multisoft Group Corp. will protect the confidentiality of its customers' information,
account information and personal communications to the fullest extent possible and
consistent with the law. To protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of
information that is collected from customers, TMG has appropriate physical, electronic,
and managerial procedures in place.

Personal information will be protected by security safeguards appropriate to the
sensitivity of the information. The Multisoft Group will protect personal information
against loss or theft, as well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use,
or modification. The nature of the safeguards will vary depending on the sensitivity
of the information that has been collected, the amount, distribution and format
of the information, and the method of storage. TMG protects all personal information
regardless of the format in which it is held. The methods of protection may include:

- organizational measures, such as security clearances and limiting access on a

TMG makes their employees aware of the importance of maintaining the confidentiality
of personal information. TMG employees are governed by a non-disclosure agreement
prohibiting disclosure or use of any confidential or personal information for any
purposes other than the stated business purposes.
The Multisoft Group will use care in the disposal or destruction of personal information
to prevent unauthorized parties from gaining access to the information.
